Are We Raising Successful Children… or Capable Human Beings?

Are We Raising Successful Children… or Capable Human Beings?  After decades of teaching young children, one truth stands clear— 👉 Children are not just the future; they are the future being shaped today. We focus on education, performance, and success… But are we also teaching them how to live? A child’s true development stands on three pillars: 🔹 Physical Development – health, discipline, daily habits 🔹 Mental Development – values, environment, right thinking 🔹 Spiritual Development – purpose, balance, inner awareness When these grow together, we don’t just build careers— 👉 we shape responsible, aware, and grounded human beings . The biggest mistake today? We are preparing children for competition , not for life . 👉 Facilities don’t build the future. Values do. A question for all of us: 👉 Are we raising children to succeed… or to truly become? 🙏 A K Mehta

A Meeting with Myself

A Meeting with Myself  There comes a time in life when everyone seems troubled by you — by your sorrows, your joys, your actions. I only wished to be heard . To...

We Will Be Lost in Time… Like Tears in the Rain | Reflections on Life & Legacy

“We will be lost in time… like tears in the rain.”  One day, our names will fade, our voices will fall silent, and all we chased will dissolve into time. Yet, not everything is lost— what we give… remains. 👉 Our actions 👉 Our words 👉 Our impact So, it was never about how long we live— but how deeply we live. Because in the end, fading is inevitable… but meaning is a choice. — A K Mehta

Before You Complain… Think About This

Before You Complain… Think About This  Before you complain… pause for a moment. Take a deep breath. And look at your life again. What you have right now— not everyone has it. What you call “ordinary”… is someone else’s dream. We often focus on what’s missing, and forget what’s present. The day you start appreciating, your life starts changing. Gratitude doesn’t slow you down— it guides you in the right direction. Less complaints. More gratitude. Better life. — Anand Kishor Mehta

Time, Energy, Discipline — The Formula for Real Growth

Time, Energy, Discipline — The Formula for Real Growth  We all have potential. But without discipline, potential is just noise. In today’s world, the real problem isn’t lack of time— it’s mismanagement of it. Hours lost in mindless scrolling, overthinking things that don’t matter, or staying busy without direction… slowly pull us away from what truly matters. We often confuse being busy with being productive . But progress doesn’t come from activity alone— it comes from focused, disciplined action . Discipline is what turns effort into results. It aligns your time with your goals and your energy with your purpose. Remember: Potential may give you a start, but discipline is what takes you forward.

Not Everyone Will Change — Use Your Energy Wisely

Not Everyone Will Change — Use Your Energy Wisely  You can’t inspire change in people who don’t want to change. The sooner you accept this, the more wisely you’ll start using your energy. One of the most common mistakes we make is trying to fix, convince, or transform others who are not ready. But growth doesn’t work that way. Change is always an inside decision. Until a person chooses it for themselves, no advice, no motivation, no support can truly make a difference. So instead of exhausting yourself, pause and reflect — where is your energy going? Invest it where it actually matters: your own growth. Work on yourself. Improve daily. Lead through your actions, not just your words. Because real influence isn’t forced — it’s felt. And when people are truly ready, they don’t need to be pushed… they choose to grow on their own. — Anand Kishor Mehta

The True Essence of Peace… A Journey to Rajaborari

True Essence of Peace… A Journey to Rajaborari  When I visited the remote forest villages of the Rajaborari region in Madhya Pradesh—such as Temrubahar, Mogradhana, Gulardhana, Marapadol, Buddhudhana,Mohagaon and Salai —I didn’t just see life… I felt it. There were no modern luxuries, no digital distractions, no proper public transport… Homes lacked even basic amenities like refrigerators, coolers, and televisions—things that are taken for granted in cities. Yet… something beautiful existed there—something cities often miss— Peace on every face, calm in every heart, and a gentle stillness in every moment. No rush, no endless race to be ahead, no pressure of constant urgency… Just a simple, grounded, and balanced life. In cities today, people have everything, yet feel empty and restless inside, while in villages, with so little, people feel complete and truly alive. Maybe the truth is simple— Comfort comes from things, but peace comes from within. ✨ - A K Mehta...
