दीवारों से आगे का सफर कभी-कभी हमारे जीवन में जो दीवारें सामने आती हैं, वे किसी विरोध से नहीं बल्कि समझ और स्वीकार्यता की कमी से बनती हैं। हम अपने विचार ईमानदारी से साझा करते हैं, अपनी सच्चाई कहने की कोशिश करते हैं, लेकिन हर व्यक्ति उस समय उन्हें सुनने या समझने के लिए तैयार नहीं होता। ऐसे क्षण केवल अस्वीकार के नहीं होते, बल्कि वे हमें यह भी सिखाते हैं कि संवाद और धैर्य कितना महत्वपूर्ण है। सच्चा प्रभाव ज़ोर देने से नहीं आता, बल्कि सम्मान, धैर्य और खुले संवाद से विकसित होता है। कभी-कभी दूरी बनाना भी ज़रूरी हो जाता है। यह दूरी हार नहीं होती, बल्कि अपने विचारों को समझने और दूसरों के दृष्टिकोण को स्वीकारने का एक अवसर होती है। समय के साथ हमें यह एहसास होता है कि हर दीवार एक सीख लेकर आती है। और वही सीख हमें आगे बढ़ने की दिशा दिखाती है—दीवारों से आगे, समझ और सहयोग की ओर। A K Mehta 

साहस, भिन्नता और स्वतंत्रता की ओर (प्रेरणा: स्वामी विवेकानंद) कभी-कभी मुझे लगता है कि हमारे भीतर का बाघ खत्म  नहीं हुआ है— वह केवल सो रहा है। अवसर उसे जगाते हैं, और अचानक हम साहस, शक्ति और स्पष्टता के साथ कार्य करते हैं। लेकिन शक्ति हमेशा तलवार या औजारों में नहीं होती। सबसे चुनौतीपूर्ण लड़ाइयाँ अक्सर तिरस्कार, सामाजिक निर्णय और बहिष्कार के रूप में होती हैं—उनके खिलाफ जो हमारे जैसे नहीं सोचते। और क्यों हर कोई हमारे जैसा सोचे? इसका कोई कारण नहीं है।  मैं ऐसी दुनिया में जीना चाहता हूँ जो सजगता, सम्मान और स्वतंत्र विचार से भरी हो—भय या समानता की बेड़ियों में नहीं। आइए अपने भीतर के बाघ को जागृत करें और साहस के साथ भिन्नताओं को अपनाएँ।   A K Mehta

Those Who Take Responsibility Become True Leaders.  Leadership is often seen as a position of power or authority. But in reality, leadership begins the moment a person chooses to take responsibility . When challenges appear and someone steps forward saying, “I will take responsibility,” that is where true leadership starts to take shape. A real leader does not simply give directions. They learn from mistakes, stand firmly with their team during difficulties, and share the credit when success arrives. Remember— People who avoid responsibility often miss opportunities, but those who embrace it naturally grow into leaders.

Self-Compassion and Understanding Others  हम अक्सर दूसरों की गलतियों पर कठोर होते हैं, लेकिन अपनी गलतियों के लिए खुद को दोष और आलोचना में घेर लेते हैं। यही वह जगह है जहाँ सच्ची ताकत छुपी होती है— खुद के प्रति दयालु होना और दूसरों के प्रति समझ रखना। अपनी कमजोरियों को स्वीकार करना, उनसे सीखना, और अपने लिए उतना ही धैर्य रखना जितना हम दूसरों के लिए दिखाते हैं, मानसिक संतुलन और जीवन की गुणवत्ता को पूरी तरह बदल सकता है। छोटे कदम भी बड़ा असर डाल सकते हैं— अपने मन की सुनना अपनी भावनाओं को स्वीकार करना समय पर मदद लेना जब आप खुद के प्रति दयालु होंगे, तो आपके आस-पास की दुनिया भी अधिक सहानुभूतिपूर्ण और समझदार बन जाएगी। यह केवल आत्म-सम्मान बढ़ाने का तरीका नहीं है, बल्कि आपके पेशेवर और व्यक्तिगत जीवन दोनों में गहरी सकारात्मक बदलाव की शुरुआत है। 🌱 Practice self-compassion, and watch the world around you soften.
