Those Who Take Responsibility Become True Leaders.  Leadership is often seen as a position of power or authority. But in reality, leadership begins the moment a person chooses to take responsibility . When challenges appear and someone steps forward saying, “I will take responsibility,” that is where true leadership starts to take shape. A real leader does not simply give directions. They learn from mistakes, stand firmly with their team during difficulties, and share the credit when success arrives.
