AI and Human Relationships: My Perspective In today’s world, many people have started sharing their thoughts and feelings with AI chatbots. The reasons are easy to understand—it is always available, conversations remain private, and there is no fear of judgment or criticism. In my view, AI can be a helpful tool for organizing thoughts, engaging in self-reflection, and gaining information. At times, when the mind feels cluttered or confused, expressing oneself through writing or conversation can bring a sense of clarity and relief.
