Education today stands at a crossroads, where technology is advancing at an unprecedented pace.
Yet, the real question is not how much new technology we adopt, but with what purpose and values we integrate it into learning.

Education is not merely the process of imparting information.
It empowers individuals to think critically, understand deeply, and act responsibly in society.
In this context, I find ’s initiative to incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into teacher education exceptionally balanced and forward-looking.

The Role of AI

At Dayalbagh Educational Institute, AI is not treated merely as a technical subject.
It is adopted as a tool to make teaching and learning more meaningful, inclusive, and effective.

AI integration in teacher education ensures that educators are not just technically proficient but also aware, thoughtful, and sensitive guides who can meet the evolving needs of their students.

What stands out is that
technology is positioned as an aid to human judgment, not a replacement for it.
AI is used to deepen teachers’ understanding, enhance the learning process, and deliver education more effectively to students.

Balancing Innovation and Values

In my view, this represents the balance that education most urgently needs today—
where innovation points the way, and values ensure we move in the right direction.

When technology advances hand-in-hand with humanity, education becomes a true instrument for societal progress.

Ultimately, I would say—

आज की दुनिया में शिक्षा एक ऐसे मोड़ पर खड़ी है जहाँ तकनीक तेज़ी से आगे बढ़ रही है।
लेकिन मेरे विचार में असली प्रश्न यह नहीं है कि हम कितनी नई तकनीक अपना रहे हैं, बल्कि यह है कि हम उसे किस उद्देश्य और किन मूल्यों के साथ अपना रहे हैं।

शिक्षा केवल जानकारी देने की प्रक्रिया नहीं है।
यह मनुष्य को सोचने, समझने और समाज के प्रति उत्तरदायी बनने की क्षमता देती है।
इसी दृष्टि से जब मैं Dayalbagh Educational Institute द्वारा शिक्षक शिक्षा में आर्टिफ़िशियल इंटेलिजेंस (AI) को शामिल करने की पहल को देखता हूँ, तो यह प्रयास मुझे अत्यंत संतुलित और दूरदर्शी प्रतीत होता है।

AI का योगदान:
Dayalbagh Educational Institute में AI को केवल एक तकनीकी विषय के रूप में नहीं अपनाया गया है, बल्कि इसे शिक्षण–अधिगम को अधिक अर्थपूर्ण, समावेशी और प्रभावी बनाने का साधन माना गया है।
शिक्षक शिक्षा में AI का समावेश इस सोच के साथ किया जा रहा है कि शिक्षक केवल तकनीकी रूप से दक्ष न हों, बल्कि वे बदलते समय की आवश्यकताओं को समझने वाले, विवेकशील और संवेदनशील मार्गदर्शक बन सकें।

मेरे लिए यह विशेष रूप से महत्वपूर्ण है कि
तकनीक को निर्णय का स्थान नहीं दिया गया, बल्कि विवेक का सहायक बनाया गया है।
AI का उपयोग शिक्षकों की समझ को गहरा करने, सीखने की प्रक्रिया को बेहतर बनाने और विद्यार्थियों तक शिक्षा को अधिक प्रभावी ढंग से पहुँचाने के लिए किया जा रहा है।

इस दिशा में किए जा रहे प्रयासों को उनके आधिकारिक LinkedIn पोस्ट में भी देखा जा सकता है, जहाँ शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण, AI-आधारित पाठ्यक्रम और मूल्य-आधारित शिक्षा की झलक मिलती है।

मेरे विचार में यही वह संतुलन है जिसकी आज की शिक्षा को सबसे अधिक आवश्यकता है—
जहाँ नवाचार दिशा दिखाए,
और मूल्य उस दिशा को सही बनाए रखें।

Dayalbagh की यह पहल इस विश्वास को और मजबूत करती है कि
भविष्य की शिक्षा केवल स्मार्ट नहीं, बल्कि संस्कारवान भी होनी चाहिए।
जब तकनीक मानवता के साथ कदम से कदम मिलाकर चलती है, तभी शिक्षा समाज के वास्तविक उत्थान का माध्यम बनती है।

अंततः, मैं यही कहूँगा कि—
ज्ञान और करुणा का,
आधुनिकता और नैतिकता का,
